• A confirmed reservation is subject to the booking platform's payment schedule and policies.
• The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must remain on the property throughout the stay.
• Guests may not transfer or sublet their reservation without prior written approval.

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges.

Only the number of guests included on the reservation may occupy the property.

Additional overnight guests are prohibited without prior approval.

Parties, events, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

To respect our neighbors:

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Please keep music, televisions, conversations, and outdoor activities at respectful noise levels.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

A minimum $500 odor remediation fee will be charged for smoking inside the property.

Pets are only permitted with prior approval.

Guests are responsible for:

• Cleaning up all pet waste inside the home and anywhere on or around the property, including the yard and outdoor areas.
• Preventing pets from damaging furniture or landscaping
• Keeping pets off beds and furniture unless protective coverings are used

Failure to clean pet waste may result in a $300 Pet Cleanup Fee.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by pets.

If reserving the golf cart:

• Driver must possess a valid driver's license.
• Driver assumes all responsibility for operation.
• Driver must sign liability waiver.
• Follow all Florida and local traffic laws.
• No reckless driving.
• No intoxicated driving.
• Do not exceed manufacturer passenger limits.
• Guest assumes responsibility for any citations, towing fees, damages, or injuries resulting from misuse.

The golf cart should be returned plugged in after use.

Any beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, toys, or equipment provided are courtesy items.

Guests are responsible for returning them in the same condition they were received.

Lost or damaged equipment may result in replacement charges.

Please treat the home as if it were your own.

Guests agree to:

• Report damages immediately.
• Keep the property reasonably clean.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
• Avoid moving furniture.

Quartz countertops features a premium antimicrobial protection film that can be permanently damaged by excessive heat, harsh cleaning products and sharp objects.

Please:

• Do not place hot pots or pans directly on countertops.
• Always use trivets or hot pads.
• Do not cut directly on countertop surfaces.
• Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals.

Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage.

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

This includes:

• Furniture
• Appliances
• Linens
• Electronics
• Décor
• Golf cart
• Beach equipment

Replacement or repair costs may be charged through the booking platform.

For guest safety, exterior security cameras may be installed around entrances and parking areas.

There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.

Tampering with security equipment is prohibited.

Illegal drugs, weapons, underage drinking, or unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning after departure.

Guests are asked to:

• Place used towels in the bathroom.
• Wash or start the dishwasher.
• Remove food from the refrigerator.
• Dispose of trash in designated bins.
• Leave the property in reasonably tidy condition.

Excessive cleaning may result in additional cleaning charges.

Although rare, appliances or utilities may occasionally malfunction.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Refunds will not be issued for temporary interruptions that are outside of our control.

Anchor Inn Paradise cannot be responsible for:

• Hurricanes
• Tropical storms
• Power outages
• Flooding
• Beach closures
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Other events beyond our control

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

We are not responsible for personal items left behind.

If requested, we are happy to ship recovered items at the guest's expense plus any applicable handling costs.

Cancellation policies are governed by the booking platform through which the reservation was made.

Guests are encouraged to review those policies before booking.

Guests acknowledge that use of the property, golf cart, bicycles (if provided), beach equipment, and surrounding areas is at their own risk.

Anchor Inn Paradise and its owners shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Accidents
• Theft
• Loss of personal property
• Vehicle damage
• Acts of nature

Guests accept responsibility for supervising children at all times.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
